PET POLICY:

Pet Control Requirement: For the safety and comfort of all guests, staff, and visitors, any dog or other permitted pet must be kept on a leash, harness, in a carrier, or otherwise under the immediate control of its owner or responsible guardian at all times while on Hotel property, including in lobbies, hallways, elevators, entrances, parking areas, and other common areas. Pets may not roam freely and may not be left unattended except where expressly permitted by Hotel policy.

Guest Responsibility for Pets
Guests are fully responsible for the care, conduct, and supervision of their pets at all times. The guest will be responsible for any property damage, injury, cleaning charges, or other loss or liability caused by the pet. The Hotel reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any pet that is not under control, is disruptive, poses a threat, or otherwise violates Hotel policy.

Condition of Stay
Permission to keep a pet on Hotel property is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for noncompliance with Hotel policy. Cost is $100 per pet per stay, subject to approval.
