Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

If you don’t contact us or check in by the designated check-out time after your first night’s stay, it will automatically cancel the rest of your reservation. If you choose to cancel your reservation or don’t show up, will incur a one-night charge per room, which will be charged to your credit card or any other guaranteed payment method you provided. Please note that taxes may also be applicable.

Advance Purchase Reservations and Non-Refundable Reservations

Reservations made under the Advance Purchase and Non-Refundable rate categories are set in stone and cannot be altered; they’ve been pre-paid and are non-negotiable when it comes to refunds. In the event that you need to cancel or modify such a reservation, please be aware that the full room charge along with applicable taxes will be regrettably forfeited. Your commitment to these reservations is greatly appreciated.

Credit Card Hold for Security Deposit

Upon check-in, a mandatory $250 USD security deposit will be secured using your bank credit or debit card. This authorization is fully refundable upon check-out, provided that no hotel property in your room or rooms is found missing or damaged. You can expect the funds to become available within 3-5 business days for domestic cards and up to 30 days for international cards.

Please note that we do not accept cash as a security deposit under any circumstances. In the event that the security deposit is not paid upon arrival, it will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a one-night charge. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we aim to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Lost & found policy

We will diligently hold any items that are found as lost and found treasures for a generous period of 30 days. After this time, due to our limited storage capacity, we won’t be able to keep the item any longer. So, please make sure to reclaim your belongings within this grace period to ensure they find their way back to you. We’re here to assist and ensure your possessions are safely returned!

Pet Policy

Furry companions are more than welcome to join you during your stay, and we extend a warm invitation to them for a small additional fee of USD 100.00 per pet, which covers the entire duration of your visit.

For those traveling with service animals, we embrace their presence with open arms, and there are no fees involved. We simply ask our guests to kindly provide the necessary supporting documents to ensure a seamless and accommodating experience for everyone. Your comfort and convenience, along with your beloved pets, are our top priorities!
