Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be received 24 hours before the date of arrival.

Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will cancel the remainder of your reservation. Canceling your reservation or failing to show up will result in a one-night charge per room to your credit card or another guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.

Credit Card Authorization Policy

By making a reservation at Harmony Suites, the guest authorizes Harmony Suites and its management to charge the credit card provided at the time of reservation for the total amount of the stay including all applicable fees and taxes. If the authorization attempt is unsuccessful, Harmony Suites reserves the right in its discretion to cancel the guest’s reservation immediately without further notice to the Guest. The Guest shall contact the hotel to reinstate their reservation and the hotel reserves the right at its discretion whether or not to reinstate the reservation.

Advance Purchase Reservations and Non-Refundable Reservations

Advance purchase and Non-Refundable rate reservations are final and cannot be changed; they are prepaid and non-refundable. If cancellation of or change to reservation occurs, the guest will forfeit the total room charge plus tax.

Security Deposit Credit Card Hold

There is a mandatory $250 USD security deposit taken via bank credit or debit card at check-in. Authorization is refunded at the end of your stay contingent that no hotel property is missing or damaged in the room or rooms in which you resided. Funds will be available within 3-5 business days for domestic cards, up to 30 days for international cards. Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. Upon arrival, failure to pay the security deposit will result in the reservation being cancelled and a one night’s charge.

Lost & found policy

Any items returned or identified as lost and found will be held for 30days, thereafter due to limited space the hotel will no longer hold that item.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 100.00 per pet, per stay.
Service animals are welcome and are exempt from fees subject to the guest providing the Hotel with supporting documents.
